Through the plethora of the night-sky
and the pain of being new
I curse my words and the face
which your eyes just look right through
condemned by your predictions
scorned by my willingness to die
under my false pretense,
your cries hang heavy in the night
your choice, my words,
both you and I
entice each other with what-could-have-beens
and never-ending lies
In your life you drowned me
and in your heart I smiled
for I knew i would awake,
holding you in my arms, whilst floating through the plethora of the skies.
