The black hole empty feeling deep inside the pit of my being
growls and hungers for something it will never have
Sadness ever darkens the hole filling it with thoughts
that should not ever have been conceived
The one, the only one must leave forever without
any acknowledgement of the truth
I needed that honesty, I needed the truth
but all I got were words on a paper
Cryptic mixed up words that twisted my thought
with his thought never knowing the answer
But maybe life can move on now into another day
one with less tears shed and heartache spared
One step closer to light
