Well, London tickets certainly arrived quick! I booked them only two days ago and received them in the post this morning. I'd be very surprised if Leonard appeared with Anjani in London again (but , this is all speculation). Personally, I can't wait to see Anjani. Having lived with her album for six months, I now consider it one of the best albums ever made.

All good things, John E

John
If you're familiar with the album, you won't be disappointed with the show. I saw her in NYC and she was absolutely wonderful. There is a treat in store for you.

I have a ticket for the Midlands Festival in Ireland where Anjani is appearing on the same day (July 28th) as Kris Kristofferson, Christy Moore and Steve Earle. Is anyone else out there attending on that day besides Diane and I?

Hello Margaret,

I am also going on the Saturday (28th) with my daughter.
She also really likes Anjani.

We will be arriving in Dublin on Friday afternoon.

Last night she checked the website for the Midland Festival
and found out the concert was mostly country music. Boy,
did I get an earful!

Still no tickets appearing for sale at the Venue or on Ticketmaster for Anjani at the Tripod in July. Anyone know why this might be?

I have just booked my ticket for Anjani's gig in London. Would anyone else who's going like to meet up beforehand? Maybe in a pub/cafe/bar in Soho? The French bar is particularly good but always very busy - or Maison Bertaux (I'm not sure of the spelling!!) - both a stone's throw from the venue.

Hi, fellow Hertfordshirean.

I'm still waiting for my booking to be confirmed, but it would be nice to meet up.

I'm heading for Mullingar too - to stand among the heifers (that's not a sexist joke, it's only of interest to locals - as in Irish people)
If you're coming from abroad, ask about Joe Dolan when you get to the festival. He's the local LC.

Hi Red Poppy
You've been busy? Not posting so much recently. Yes, Tripod is one of 3 venues (other 2 are POD and Crawdaddy) in the same building in Harcourt Street. Google them and you’ll get a lot of ‘hip’speak about the ‘spaces’. Teenager here says when she was there it was all standing but maybe some concession will be made to the age profile of Anjani’s fans. If you’ve heard and liked the album and you’re free on the night, and the gig goes ahead, do try to make it. Your Joe Dolan recommendation made me laugh - don't be mischievous. Great performer, lovely man, but don’t set female hearts racing by making such a comparison. Margaret, Diane and Sherry please note.

It's looking good for Mullingar. Sheila and Helen who were in Berlin and Dublin will be there, too.
