Bukowski Teddy Bear dedicated to Leonard Cohen

I came across this teddy bear on a local online flea market and I just had to buy it (it was only a few euro ‘s) because it was dedicated to Leonard Cohen.

Was trying to find some more info on why this this item was made by this company beside the fact it was made in honor of his 75th birthday. Is this just a (another) free commercial ride on his name or is there more to it? Anyone here that is familiar with this item or has any further info?

Anyhow, my wife thinks the bear is cute so it can stay ;-)
