Can anybody tell me how it works with the tickets? Today I logged into the Evenko account en went to "ticketmanager". I think I see all that there should be including ticket barcode. But I cannot print or download the tickets. Is that a matter of time that they will become available for downloading/printing or am I missing something?

I can "forward" the tickets but I don't think that this is the way to get your tickets since "forwarding" also comes with the warning that the original tickets will no longer be valid

Did you all get a link to printable e-tickets or ? I have a receipt but no tickets.


***The same with me. I think they check the credit cards first and then send pdf tickets (well, that's my guess) / Jarkko

We (Josie Parr, June Williams and Jenni Nowlan) also had this problem. Josie carried out this booking and received a confirmation of booking but no pdf of tickets.

I just booked for my sister and her husband and I received (1) confirmation email and then at the same time (2) pdf of tickets email. Obviously this makes me question where our pdf email of our tickets is? Jarkko, are you still in the same situation, or have you received yours?

Tickets may be on delayed dispatch. Most likely they won't send out any PDF tickets until after the public sale.

The presales went really well. From Evenko:

buy now as we expect full sell out after a day or 2 on public.

If you don't have tickets yet, best to buy as soon as the public sale opens!
