The presale for Chicago begins 10 am Chicago time, while the one for Seattle begins 10 am Seattle time.

THANK YOU! I regretted missed the first day of presale for San Jose but thought I'd give it a try today, the last day of presale, and got Floor 1 Row 1 seats 3 & 4. Unless they have 26 lettered rows in front of Row 1, I figure I'm pretty lucky.

Assuming the same layout as in 2009, you are indeed in the very front row, on the right-hand side (looking at the stage), specifically the 3rd and 4th seats off from the outside aisle.
