Thanks Beatriz. That number works but is constantly engaged (I wonder why?!) I'll try again later.
Hans - thank you for your number. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work: "The service cannot be connected. The service cannot be connected! The service ...."
Thanks also to Ciaran - I saw those details too. For some reason they only give their VAT number, not the telephone number!
Ghent is blessed
Feels like the uk is a wee bit cursed

Dear All,
Well, this is actually a message for the management of Mr. Cohen, if ever they read this ... Tickets have been going on sale as early as 9H00 this morning here. Lines of course all full and the sherpa.be site down ... After two hours of calling expensive lines and being put on hold (as usual for major events) and being thrown off altogether. My wife managed to get hold of some guy on the phone and was able to get two of the lowest priced seats. They gave her a two seconds reflection span to decide, saying 'take it or leave it, last tickets', so she said yes. She called me, over the moon, cuz she obtained tickets! So, I went to the sherpa.be site, to find out two concerts had been 'suddenly' added, as if Mr. Cohen's agenda was pre-arranged ... for a world tour ... After again, endless retries to get better seats at these 'unplanned' concerts ... being thrown of the phone again, she got hold of someone and she complained and wanted to exchange the tickets we'd previously bought ... as a result, we will have an extremely stretched phone bill, two tickets we don't need ... and a bit of 'anger' really. Is it all for the 'money'? Is there no 'proper' way to treat fans? Is there no civilised way to sell tickets ... this is a bit like 'biting the hand that feeds'. Is there no civilised way to announce tours anymore? Look at Dylan or Paul Simon, neatly arranged shedules for tours ... Dear Mr. Cohen, Dear Manager of Mr. Cohen, I hope neither of you will start to giggle now, ... as the commercial trick worked ... once again. I could always continue to believe, maybe very naively, that you aren't aware of all this, and 'stupified' with terror for the 'poor' fan ... I would really appreciate to know who the 'vulture' is ... And as this is your 'forum' ... maybe a reaction on here would be appropriate. As you already know now the tour will be a success ...
Thanks millions,
Best Reagrds,
Thanks for the music ...

Wendy - I had the reverse problem in that I couldn't pay by card when I checked out so had to choose bank transfer. I assume it will be OK but why do you say it's not possible to pay be bank transfer from the UK? Just wondering.

I can only speak for my own bank (one of the major UK clearing banks). They tell me it is only possible to transfer money from one UK bank account to another UK account. The UK are not part of the European bank transfer system so, to transfer money overseas, I have to go in to the bank and request a transfer via their head office. This takes about 3 weeks and costs £10 + commission. I did 3 such transfers in 2010 - they are cumbersome, expensive and can easily go wrong. Why aren't we part of the European system? Because we are the UK I suppose .....
