Jarkko ...
Does this mean we'll have presale codes as early as 9 a.m. - and not have to wait till 10? I'd hate to see any other presale code site beat us to the punch ...

That's OK; at least the Colisseum itself doesn't have it up yet on their December schedule ...

The incorrect information has now vanished from Ticketmaster. We are back in the original plan, and of course we don't know where the last concerts will be! :?

Maarten: I saw that you have updated your signature. Are you going to Bette Midler's and Cher's concerts in Las Vegas, or what does that Las Vegas 2x mean?
I will stick to my previous signature TVLCOTTIH - The Very Last Concert Of This Tour, I hope. "I hope" does not mean that I want the tour to end - I'm
just expressing my wish to get to the last concerts. The other explanation The Very Last Concert Of This Tour Is Here sounds more unambiguous!
1988, 1993: Helsinki||2008: Manchester|Oslo|London O2|Berlin|Helsinki|London RAH|| 2009: New York Beacon|Berlin|Venice|Barcelona|Las Vegas|San José||2010: Salzburg|Helsinki|Gent|Bratislava|Las Vegas|| 2012: Gent|Helsinki|Verona|| 2013: New York|Pula|Oslo|||

think you will find that

7 am PDT is 5 pm GMT
10 am PDT is 8 pm GMT
1 pm PDT is 11 pm GMT

The Ticketmaster site did state that fanclub presale was 9 am PDT which would be 7 pm GMT but am assuming that was inaccurate.

I have checked the above calculations twice with the Time Zone website mentioned in previous post and hope I have not lost the plot somewhere along this confusing journey !!!

Well I've been following this all day (thank goodness for Labor Day here in the USA) and I'm reluctant to believe anyone now. Thankfully I have tomorrow off work, so I don't think I'm going to sleep very much tonight. Once I have those tickets in my virtual hand I'll sleep........

Good luck everyone!

Not sure where you are, but Ireland is currently on IST (not GMT) and UK is currently on BST (not GMT) - there is a one hour difference between IST/BST annd GMT. So if my calculations are correct, using http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

San Francisco (U.S.A. - California) Tuesday, 7 September 2010, 07:00:00 UTC-7 hours PDT
Dublin (Ireland) Tuesday, 7 September 2010, 15:00:00 UTC+1 hour IST
Corresponding UTC (GMT) Tuesday, 7 September 2010, 14:00:00

Then -
7am PDT is 3pm IST/BST
10am PDT is 6pm IST/BST
1pm PDT is 9pm IST/BST

Anybody care to check this ? - I'd rather be corrected than to miss the pre-sale
2008 - dublin (kilmainham - the best, ever)
2009 - dublin (The Point) and tampa and NY(MSG) and san jose
2010 - sligo (second best) and oakland and portland and las vegas
2011 - lenny and me were resting, so we were
2012 - dublin (kilmainham again) and austin
2013 - dublin (The Point, 2 times)

You are spot on. Good luck in the pre-sale.

Here is the correct timing for today's happenings:

PDT = GMT - 7 hours
HST = GMT - 10 hours

Announcement at 7 am PDT = 2 pm GMT = 4 pm CEST (Central European summer time)
Presale to 2 cities at 10 am PDT = 5 pm GMT = 7 pm CEST
Presale to 1 city 10 am HST = 8 pm GMT = 10 pm CEST

You may check the timings here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=137

Do anyone remember how much was the price for the best seats in the desert oasis last time?
I've no experience with Ticketmonster I mean Ticketmaster at all. Would they send the ticket by mail to abroad?
Any tricky things I should know?
Thanks for all pieces of advice.
