Pre- concert meetup in Tel Aviv/Ramat Gan

Hello all,
Inna , Yonatan, Liav and I are planning a pre-concert meetup that will take place on the day of the concert , somewhere in Tel Aviv or near the stadium in Ramat Gan (venue to be decided according to the number of people who wish to participate).
The idea is to follow the concept of some previous forum meetups : fans performing covers of LC songs, reading poems ect , we will also have a quiz (maybe).
we aspire to keep it low-key, simple, free and fun!

Hello again , just an update:
By now we have more than 80 people who confirmed attendance on and off line , and around 260 ' Maybe's'.
We will be happy if more people would offer to perform ! The more the merrier.
We will update about the venue soon

Hi,
We were very happy to hear that Leonard Cohen has made a full recovery and that the pre -concert fans gathering and also the concert In Barcelona went so well!

We have now chosen a location for our pre concert meet up:

We plan to meet up this Thursday , 2:30 pm at 'Cafe Cafe'- located in Besser Towers near the stadium and Kenyon Ayalon shopping center. (2 Ben Gurion st, Ramat Gan). At around 3 pm we plan to move to a green space near by for a musical picnic . There will be singing and playing and the weather should be nice and sunny. If you wish to perform and still havent told us you can let us know on the event's day.

For those who are not so familiar with the area and with the heavy traffic jams that are usually created near the stadium when it hosts bug events : it is best to use public transportation like buses or the train, and if you arrive by car- it is best to park far away and take a walk to the venue. In any case it is advisable to arrive a few hours before the concert because of the expected traffic problems- the gates of the stadium will open at 17:30.

Our pre-concert musical picnic went very well : the weather was sunny, the atmosphere was perfect, and we could hear Leonard and the band singing in the background (doing a sound check-up):-) Yonatan, Tomer and Liav showed us how beautifully they can play and sing . it was a pleasure meeting all participants , thanks to those who came and contributed to this special evening!
