John Cale has arranged a Nico tribute – Southbank Centre on 11th October (apparently when Nico would have been 70). Tickets go on sale next week. More detail here:

I haven’t seen anything about the line up apart from the fact that James Dean Bradfield is due to perform a track off Marble Index.
The gig isn’t on the Centre’s site yet, but I see there’s an Andy Warhol exhibition on, which seems quite appropriate:

nico would have hated Cale's attemps to "own her".
