Help! with buying tickets via Italian website

Problem with buying tickets via Italian website (http://www.ticketone.it) for Lucca concert on 27 July as error message keeps coming up when I try to put info in 'County' field (we live in Essex, UK). Panicking as have booked flights & accommodation . Can anyone help??

I also had the same problem.I turned on e-mail:Info - D'Alessandro & Galli <info@dalessandroegalli.com>. they organize the concert in Italy, and I paied the tickets directly to them. You should do the same.
