I have been a fan of Leonard for 20 years like most of you I have got all his books and albums and various audio tapes and videos of his concerts, I saw him in concert in London UK may 1993 and got to shake hands with him, can't wait for him to come to UK this time around, so lets all lift our glasses to the greatest man Leonard Cohen:)

It's nice to have this chance to get to know people. I joined this forum quietly about 2 years ago, using my real name, but never posted much after I realized that a google search would link to my posts... I'm an artist and a college professor, so I do have people googling me... and didn't really want my forum chitchat out there for everyone to see

So, I re-registered in Nov, and now can post to my heart's content.

I got into Leonard in about 1994 or so -- someone put New Skin for the Old Ceremony on at the store where I worked, and I was hooked on the spot! Never had a chance to see him play, so am so incredibly excited about this!

I'm waiting also....thrilled about the prospect of hearing Leonard Cohen live. It was only last year my soul mate husband and I renewed our vows after 30 years. The highlight for us was doing our "first" dance to Dance me to the end of love.

Just an idle thought here.... anyone know if a seat at a Leonard Cohen concert will actually mean we get to sit?? The reason I bring it up is I just attended Police and it was amazing, but I never got to sit in my $250 seat.

Hey, this is my first time on this site.... i live in Toronto, ontario, canada
and i read in the paper that leonard cohen is suppose to be touring here and that the details would be released sometime in Feb. i was wondering if any of you knew any details. i am looking to get tickets for his show, i am a huge fan.... if anyone can help me that would be great...
