Someone gave me wishes, and I wished for... ?

Well, as a - relatively new - member of this forum, I would wish for a meeting with Leonard, of course! But would this simply be an all-time dream come true, or would my troubles just start there? I mean, perhaps I should rather ask the fairy (or whatever it would be) for something clever to say and some inspiration just in case I ever meet him? Or would not meeting him at all better than – you never know – just being reduced to uttering incoherent nonsense at the most critical moment (from absolute dream to worst nightmare within seconds)? Anyway, what would you like to tell him or ask him if someone gave
you wishes? Anything particlarly “cohenesque”, or just general stuff? Or would you want something completely different, anyway? Just curious (when I should actually be working)…

I would like to know what he thought about being in love. Is it possible to be in love more than just once in a lifetime? Also, who was his greatest love?

Leonard speaks to me all the time – in my imagination, of course. He has completely transformed me – the way I am, my outlook on “reality”, how I feel about living, dying, loving, working… I have realized that even though I have been “in love”, I have not known what love is…; even though I have worked hard in different fields, I have not known what work is … The Creator has finally reached me through Leonard as a prophet…
I would not have any general or specific questions for Leonard – I only long to be in his presence to feel the vibration of his being… and there would be no embarrassment or fear of not appearing clever or witty… I am on the path of dropping my ego thanks to Leonard, so I would not need to feed my pride by "impressing" him.
I would ask the fairy to place me in a corner of his kitchen and be there while he is cooking (I have even written a little poem about it)
And yes, I would like to kiss him three times perhaps...when I leave, instead of saying good bye...

Hi Kam ~
You're obviously new here [Welcome

!], so I've no idea who you are, but with this paragraph, you've been in my head or I in yours, including the similarity in wording. Well, we certainly share the exact same perspective, though I hadn't considered the last sentence in that particular context:
I would not have any general or specific questions for Leonard – I only long to be in his presence to feel the vibration of his being… and there would be no embarrassment or fear of not appearing clever or witty… I am on the path of dropping my ego thanks to Leonard, so I would not need to feed my pride by "impressing" him.

Thank you. Lizzy. Yes, I am new and quite quiet as well. That was my first post not only in this forum but in any forum. Thank you again for the warm welcome

I would wish for a similar meeting (sans Glass), that those over yon pond have been enjoying, here, right here, in Vancouver. As these are just wishes, a CD, and another book of poetry. That can't be too much to wish for....

I think I'd be too intimidated to have to 'make conversation', although he sounds receptive enough. I'd like to know what, for Leonard, were the 'best of times and the worst of times' of his life.

To have Leonard borrow from my guitar and then have it return so I can say when I play this is Leonard Cohen guitar.

I would like to ask him to describe in one sentence his ultimate view of life. Like something I read somewhere the other day and that reflects mine: "All I wish for is a life in which, when my time has finally come, I can honestly say that I have no regrets".

I wouldn't know what to say to him or even ask.
Don't know if I could at all due to the fact that I'd be moved to tears.
I'd just like to touch his skin and feel his body heat.
Only touching him once physically for he's been and still is touching me so very spiritually and emotionally.
