Birthday thoughts for Lizzytysh and Tweets

It's Lizzytysh's birthday on the 20th and Tweets's on the 23rd.

Lizzy - have a wonderful day and have a gin or 2 (or 3) for me - I'll be thinking of you.

Keep this thought in mind...
"Never explain - your friends do not need it and your enemies will not believe it anyhow."
- Elbert Hubbard

Tweets - bring a bottle of wine (or 2 or 3) and we'll all be there with our gins and tonics to celebrate with you.

...and here's a thought for you...
"People are like stained glass windows: they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light within."
- Elizabeth Kubler-Ross
Your sparkle and your shine and your light has eased not a few of us through many a dark night - thank you.

Enough (and more) love and hugs and kisses to sustain you both for at least a year

How interesting, Tony ~ thoughts that had not occurred to me. However, my apologies for the dateline that has the 20th for me [here] being, I believe, the 21st [elsewhere]. Hmmm....when to post?......when to post? Well, I must, simply must, celebrate on my day.

Who would have ever imagined the 1000th occurring on my birthday? A simple wow to that. And, oh drat, where's Partisan when you want him?

Thanks for your message. I'd better get posting, ala Partisan-chagrinic style of olde.....after all, I still have 10 to go. At one time, it was a mere morning's passing  . And to think I might have missed the alignment were it not for your fortuitous pointing it out. Thanks. See you in the chatroom :D .

I send my thoughts and very best wishes to you 2 ladies of the ether.

I find that I get more out of my birthdays when I give myself a quiet moment to think of my mum and thank her for the pain she went through to bring me into this world. It gives me an added lift and helps me to see where I fit within the scale of things.

You two are an essential part of our lives now within this forum and for that I thank you as well.

If you ever doubted you worth, you are answered by the postings which we are all reading and endorsing.
