I was wondering if anyone knows about the enginerr on this recording. Is there the slightest chance that the Ed Sanders listed is the same Ed Sanders who was a creative force on the FUGS albums? I doubt it, but I can hope.

No way. It's a different Ed Sanders. The Fugs Ed Sanders should be gearing up for another exorcism of the Pentagon if he were't a boring old fart by now. Check for the pictures and visit http://www.thefugs.com

Just read this link, Lightning ~ thanks! Very interesting :) . The Fugs Final CD [Part 1] sounds VERY enlightening and worthwhile... well, enlightening if you come to it absent suspicion, knowledge, or common sense on Bush  .

Thanks!

Love,
Lizzy

I sent you a copy of it when it first came out. Check your old CDRs.

Okay, that's what I just asked you about in PM... that I was wondering. That's why this excerpt rang a bell, then... listening to these here, it's hard to know when I had an album from long ago ~ but the Bush ones wouldn't have been from then! I'll find it and listen again, but I have no ability to do that right now, except on my portable ones with those dangerous, lurking headphones  . Others should check these songs out for their content :) .

Love,
Lizzy

If anyone wants to see Tuli Kupferberg of the Fugs, I posted a recent video of him from last months LOISAIDA festival in the Other Music section. He wrote most of the songs for the early Fugs albums, and later, when others took over, things started to go downhill.
