A new, previously unpublished story by Leonard Cohen (as far as I’m aware of) is available on the Paris Review’s website, and will appear in this summer’s print issue. It is titled “Begin Again,” but given the opening lines, it is likely the first chapter of “A Ballet of Lepers”:
“My grandfather came to live with me. There was nowhere else for him to go. What had happened to all his children? Death, decay, exile – I hardly know.”
