We have decided to reschedule the Event in Ghent to summer 2021, most likely early August but no dates have been fixed yet. A group email to everyone who had already registered for the Event for 2020 has been sent with details regarding the possibilities of either applying for a refund of the registration fee or rolling the fee on to 2021 for the rescheduled Event. If you had registered but haven't received an email from me, please check your spam folder first before getting in touch with me.

I’m wondering if there are changes to the Hydra event and walking weekend next year or is it planned to have all 3 events .

Rescheduling the Event in Ghent to 2021 means the Hydra gathering and walking weekend will also move one year ahead so they don't collide with eachother.
