The vocal part is the original version from Leonard Cohen's studio recording of "I'm Your Man" (from the album of the same name, released in 1988). The music is a remix (by whom, I do not know).

I suspected that the vocal part was taken from the original version. I guess the remix was made purposely for the commercial, but I can’t find any detail about it.
