O2 September show etickets

I was delighted to be able to opt for the eticket option for the O2 show in September -- not least because the tickets for the O2 show in June have still not arrived. My question is - did anyone else who opted for etickets receive the email link for them yet --- I haven't and am a bit worried it might have ended in the spam folder or some such. Thanks, Paul

Hi Paul,
Good question. I also opted for the etickets & haven't received the email yet. I was also surprised, because in the past, etickets that one can print out have been sent immediately after the purchase was made. The axs website said that tickets would be sent (or emailed? I don't remember the exact wording) no later than 14 days before the event, so I assumed that applied to etickets as well as mailed tickets, since I did not receive them immediately. I guess there is some consolation in the fact that we both have the same experience. Now that you brought it up, though, I am a little concerned, & I think maybe I will try to call the seller tomorrow.

Having re-checked the email I received it says: You have chosen to receive e-tickets. You will receive a second e-mail with your e-tickets attached. Once you receive it, simply open the attachment, print the e-tickets and present them on the date of the event.
E-Tickets will be sent out no later than 14-days prior to the event and in line with the wishes of the event organisers.
So I suppose I should not panic and that this is another attempt to limit the chance of tickets being passed on to touts. It is unusual not to get an eticket straight away though but, as you say, I take comfort from us both being in the same boat!

Someone has posted (edited) copies of their etickets for the September show on Facebook. The tickets clearly say Fan Club Presale so obviously some people have received theirs already.
I would follow up if you haven't received an e-mail with the tickets or a download link within the next week or so.
(Personally I went for "hard" tickets I can keep as a souvenir - easy for me as, for once, I don't have to worry about the tickets being mailed overseas!)

Hi Paul,
I tried to call the seller a couple of days ago, & was on hold forever, so I also sent an email instead. For the past 2 days, I've received notices that the email was not delivered (no explanation as to why. . .), & that the mail delivery system will keep trying, but at some point, if it can't be delivered, it will stop trying & return the email to me. Maybe you will have better luck with that, & thank you for your efforts! But I also looked again at the email sent by AXS after the purchase of the tickets, & like you said, it specifies that E-tickets will be sent no later than 14 days prior to the event. Like we said, that is unusual, but now I'm not too worried about it, since AXS did indicate that the e-tickets, specifically, would not be sent immediately. So now I'm just going to wait awhile. . .

my email seems stuck too - which makes you wonder what if it was a real emergency - which it isn't (yet!). Paul

I also opted for etickets for the September concert and nothing yet but
not really concerned as I booked Moody Blues tickets for June 22nd
(I thought why not make it a double header with Leonard at the O2)
from AXS and received by email without any problem.
I also did not get the tickets for the June 21st show yet.

I think it's down to the venue when the tickets get sent out. I had a similar thing when booking for a Blur concert at Hyde Park, didn't get the e-ticket for months after booking. Wouldn't worry about it, it's just a tad annoying.

Definitively nothing to worry about - just got this email from AXS:
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the e-mail
E-tickets will arrive 7-10 days before the event. I am sorry if your confirmation email started otherwise - this would have been a mistake.
If your tickets have not arrived a week before the show, please let us know!
Kind regards,
AXS Guest Services,

Thank you for letting us know, Paul. The email I sent was eventually sent back to me, with the message that it couldn't be delivered. I'm glad that yours got through to them & that you got a response. Thanks again for your post.

OMG, I've just found a quite cheap flight to London for that weekend, and saw that there are tix for 25 pounds (far far away from the stage, and close to the sky, I suppose

)
I am very tempted.....so can I trust to e-ticket??? Or it is better to choose delivery??? Any advice?
