better seats by using forum password or amex?

Can you help me understand whether it would be better to try to get the best tickets
by using the password on the forum or by using first in line using an AMEX card?
Will the dates be the same for these or will the cohenforum seats go on sale
to fans first?

Here's the information that describes the Forum's presale ticket allocation:

Basically: "Your greatest chance to get the best tickets will be in the Forum pre-sale."
Here is the time period of the Austin presale:
Oct 31: AUSTIN, TX, Bass Concert Hall. Presale C. Public sale May 18 at 10 am. Seller Paciolan
PRESALE GROUP C: From 10 am Monday, May 14 to 10 pm on Tuesday May 15 (exclusive time), will continue with other presales until 10 pm on Thursday May 17.

The Forum presale begins before all other presales and is exclusive on May 14 and May 15.

e.g. this is what I was allocated when each of the pre-sales started:
Vancouver: Forum pre-sale: row 1; Amex pre-sale: row 8. Montreal: Forum pre-sale: row B; Amex pre-sale: row N
