Artur Jarosinski has passed away

Some moments ago I received shocking news from Daniel Wyszogrodzki in Poland.
Our friend Artur Jarosiński died last weekend in an accident in Wrocław where he lived and worked. He was only 32.
Like Daniel said, Artur was the greatest collector/completist of the legacy of Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in Poland,
and a vital and recognizable member of the Cohen/Dylan community world around.
I know that many members traded recordings with him over many years.
I met Artur several times, for the first time at the Polish Radio after Anjani's concert, and later in several cities
before or after Leonard's concerts. The photo below was shot in Ghent last August.
Daniel promised to forward our condolences to Artur's family at the funeral tomorrow in his
hometown of Bochnia, near Kraków .
Rest in Peace, Artur.

I can't begin to tell you how shocked I am. A great loss to his family and friends and the wider Cohen and Dylan communities.

This is very shocking news indeed! I also talked to Artur in Ghent when he was getting ready to tape the soundchecks and had met him before at the Leonard Cohen Event in Krakow... He was great to talk to and an inspiration for all of us bootleg collectors. He will be missed deeply! I know he was also working on a newer version of the
http://www.leonardcohenlive.com website and it was/is looking great... I had been in contact with him several times lately to discuss the website and other projects.
Rest in Peace, Artur...

I am deeply shocked and stunned by this terrible sad news.
Artur was appreciated not only in the Leonard Cohen community,
but in the Bob Dylan community too. My sincere condoleances
to his family and friends.

Never met him, but he was certainly far too young to die.
Condolences to his family and friends who will no doubt greatly miss him.

Very sad news. I knew Artur only from his contributions here and on other sites; his knowledge, humour and generosity always shone through. My thoughts are with his family and friends.
