If Leonard does tour again, will Sharon still be with him then?

Indeed it would be good to start a new tour LC.I suppose it could be the beginning of 2012.
Maybe it combination Sharon appearances with the band and some concerts with Leonard?.
I am curious for more information.

I have received some emails from Canada that, according to local information, Leonard will perform at the Ottawa Folk Festival this summer.
Unfortunately this is NOT going to happen and the rumors are NOT true. There will be no performances this summer!!! This has again been
confirmed by Leonard's office today.

Sometimes I rub my eyes and wonder whether or not the last three years were a dream. I actually went on holiday this March and didn't have tickets for a Leonard Cohen concert in my most important belongings. It felt strange.
But reading the message of our dear Jarkko I felt definite hope because he writes what's not going to happen this summer. So there is alway autumn, winter and so on. We all had to learn to read between Jarkkos lines so one can only hope. So what if I am wrong? I can hope all summer long!

Hi Crystal! I know just what you mean! I haven't gone on any trips since the tour ended, but I have gone to a couple of concerts, & every time I approached the venue where the concert would take place, I experienced an intense surge of sorrow, because it was not going to be Leonard Cohen. I will be going on my first trip since the tour, in a few weeks, & I know it's going to feel very strange. . .

Not a tour or live performance, but there will be a showing of 'I'm Your Man' at the 2011 Bury Festival, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk on 28th May 2011.

Still waiting for a concert date in Hong Kong.....We've had quite a lot of artists come thru recently who'd never been here like Bob Dylan and The Eagles. No comparison to Leonard I know, but still this is more than Hong Kong has seen in the past. Hopefully Hong Kong will be considered for the next tour.

The next Leonard Cohen event will run from 2 - 5 August 2012 - i.e. next year. It is a meeting for Leonard Cohen fans. Leonard himself will not participate in this event though we are all hoping we may have a chance to see him perform again some time in 2012.

Yes, after the fiasco with the cancelled concert in Cambodia, I think a concert in Hong Kong would be a great idea.

After all, it's likely the same market and Hong Kong actually has the quality venue and equipment for such a show.

& with Bob Dylan's recent successes in Hong Kong this will hopefully give a nice boost for Leonard to perform there
