In The Sunday Times(UK) Roland White compares the soap opera Eastenders and how miserable it is to 'Leonard Cohen reading the news from Iraq'.

Last week one of the critic was reviewing Eastenders and the Ferrias and their mortgage problems. Kareen was meant to sell her record collection to help the finances and the TV critic said as it was Kareen no one would buy the collection as it would consist purely of Leonard Cohen.

Actually, that's a pretty good line ~ as they say, just be sure to spell his name right. It no doubt sent some unknowings to Google's Search Engine.....and they may soon come to know that "love is the only engine of survival."

Please let that TV critic know that Kareen has a U.S. buyer, and the mortgage will soon be paid.
