The simplest way:
- TAXI - approx. 70 PLN - ATTENTION! Beware of illegal taxi drivers. I'd suggest using only the taxis with roof light

The cheaper way (train+tramway):
- shuttle train (Airport-Main Railway Station) - http://www.krakowairport.pl/en/3/176/35
- take tram #7 (direction Kurdwanow), step off at Starowislna/Miodowa (3 stops from the railway station)

Kazimierz - Manggha Center (the main venue)

tram #19 or 22, from Dietla Street - direction Borek Falecki, step off at Most Grunwaldzki (3 stops - just after crossing the Vistula River).

Tram ticket price:
2,50 PLN (no time limit but no transfers allowed),
1,80 PLN (15 min. time limit, transfers allowed)
3,10 PLN (60 min. time limit transfers allowed)

You may consider buying another type of ticket:
24 hr ticket - 10,40 PLN
48 hr ticket - 18,80 PLN
72 hr ticket - 25,00 PLN
7 day ticket - 38,00 PLN

All tickets must be validated immediately after boarding the tram/bus.

Does the tram ticket work on the shuttle train as well? And can you purchase the ticket from the airport?
Is it difficult to go from the train to the tram? (big distance?) I'm sure I'll have enough luggage with me, as I don't know to travel light!

tram ticket does NOT work on the shuttle train - you have to buy the train ticket.

One-way ticket price bought from the train attendant: 8,00 PLN
One-way ticket price bought in automated cashiers: 7,00 PLN

Automated cashiers are located both in airport terminal and on the train.

Tram stop is located just outside the railway station so don't worry!

Ok then, where do I buy the tram ticket, too?

Tram tickets can be bought in many kiosks (look for the places, where the press is sold), there are also automated cashiers located near some tram stops (I guess there's one just outside the railway station, but this info should be confirmed by someone from Krakow) - you will need coins, they don't accept banknotes.
You may also buy a ticket from the tram driver, but in such case there's some surcharge (0,50 PLN - someone please correct me if I'm wrong).

I am pretty sure they do - but the exchange rate wouldn't be very good.

Thanks Mirek for posting this information. I'd like only to add that from Kazimierz to Manggha you can also walk, it takes about 20 minutes.
