Hi everyone!

Time goes quickly and although the Las Vegas concert seems a long time away, it's actually only just over a month! Looks there will be a lot of us arriving in Vegas on November 11th, the day prior to the concert. We will contact one of 3 hotels (decision will be made in about a week)...either Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, or Mirage, as they are all approximately in the same area, to see if they can set aside an area in their buffet section for our group. Details will follow as soon as we decide on a specific hotel. Right now we need to have some idea of how many might be interested in the dinner so we can give the hotel an idea of our number. If only 10-15 are able to make it, then we'll just do something ourselves, but if the number gets around 50 or more we'll make arrangements with the hotel. So...(notice the 3 dots ), if you wish to participate please advise on this thread...and the number in your party. Right now we are planning dinner for 7pm and if anyone is arriving about that time or later, I'm sure we can meet up for drinks later in the evening. We are also toying with the idea of name tags depending on the number involved, so please include your full name and/or forum name, and city or country.

Nice to see that the list is already growing! However, I know out of experience that it would be handy if everyone could post all his details (full name, forumname, city and country) when adding himself/herself to the list. That way, Diane (or the one responsable for the name tags) won't have to contact each and everyone individually afterwards... In case you don't want your full details to be shown here, just give your first name or forumname and then also send a pm to Diana (LadyDi) so she can keep a list with all details privately.
