HELP! How to pick up my ticket for Israel concert?`

Dear friends,
can anyone help me? I booked a ticket for the Ramat Gan concert on September 24th through the special number given on this forum for the presale.
I was instructed to collect my tickets from "Visengoth 101" in Tel Aviv before the day of the concert. I was given a reservation number etc.
Since then the phoneline seems always busy, and a google search of Visengoth 101 reveals precisely nothing!
What have others done? What's going on? Who knows something? HELP!

Hi Martin.
First of all the name of the booking office is called "Le-An" and it is situated in Dizengoff Street number 101 (not Vizengoth
) and they were appointed booking agents to selling tickets for the 24th Sept show.

I just phoned them and they said that you can also pick up the tickets two hours before the start of the show at the Ramat Gan football stadium against presentation of your credit card but if you take my advise they say that a bird in hand is worth ten on a wire, I would go to their Dizengoff 101 office a day before to take my precious tickets and secure them in my pocket.

Dear MARTIN,
there is another way that is now open to pick the tickets.
i copied and paste it for you and everybody else.
those are auotomatic machines located at the Ramat Gan stadium next to gate #1, witch is the location of the box office for the stadium.
you will need the credit card you used to order the tickets in order to get the tickets !
although it's in hebrew, you can see the dates and hours you can pick it up :
יום ב' 21.09.2009 בין השעות 10:00-22:00
יום ג' 22.09.2009 בין השעות 10:00-22:00
יום ד' 23.09.2009 בין השעות 10:00-22:00
יום ה' 24.09.2009 (ערב המופע) החל מהשעה 09:00
