Hi all,

MaryB suggested in the "Barcelona Celebration 20-09-09" thread to have name tags for the Forum members during the Barcelona meetup (and dinner?). That way, we can recognize each other much better.
I volunteered to make them and have made an example (see below). I first thought you would all need to send me your avatar in a higher resolution/bigger size in order to make a clear name tag, but I printed out several avatars and it seems I can use the ones directly from the forum, which makes things less complicated of course (no mailing jpegs, etc...).

So all I need from you if you intend to be present in Barcelona is:
- your forum name
- your real name (first and surname please)
- your city and country

I will copy the avatars everybody uses on the forum, so please don't go changing your avatar hundreds of times now...

I would also like to make name tags for partners of the forum members, other participants,... Just provide me with the information and I would be happy to include any of you! I can add a line like "Muriel, partner of ColinD" or so.

Any remarks, suggestions or improvements are more than welcome!

To make the name tags even more special, I've gone through with an idea of mine that I was thinking about for some time now. But ideas cost money... (well, actually converting ideas into reality is what costs money). To cover for the costs for this "extra", I would ask you all to pay 2 EUR when you collect your name tag in Barcelona. That way I'm not making any profit of this, just making sure I have some money left for the "for future use" thing Jarkko is talking about...

For the ones who have not yet confirmed their presence at the lunch on the 21st: please let me know as soon as possible, because we need exact figures for the restaurant! (only the people with (unconfirmed for lunch) next to their names!)
