Hi Dharma
Thanks a million for the "heads up" on Venice. Got 2 tickets. :D :D
Marianne,
I got 2 tickets in Settore AIO, Row XX Seats 9,10. Not sure where they are either. :D :D
But I'm sure there's a seating chart somewhere.!!

Oh **** - the webpage vanished as I clicked to submit my secure code. I don't know whether I have bought or not. My order history on the website says "consolidato". Does that mean "confirmed" ?

Can anyone who has bought check their order history and see if the status reads "consolidato".

What happened after you submitted your secure code?

I received an email titled "Order Confirmation - TicketOne" immediately after the order went through. Hope this helps.

Another seating chart, no one knows, which rows we bought...

Both those charts are very similar with the block numbers.

I'm in A3, but row XX wherever that might be, unless XX means row 20?

Thanks Dharma for the plan,
we are in B10, if this plan is correct, the tickets are quite good:-)
Andrea

I also got the confirmation by email.
Consolidato is not confirmed, but it must be assegnato or confermato.
Ciao
Andrea

If that's the chart for Leonard, I'm happy. :D
I'd say XX means they haven't assigned row numbers yet.?
midnightchoir
I hope you're tickets are ok. I used the English version on ticketone. Did you get a confirmation number of any kind.

Is there someone perhaps in Italy that can phone ticketone to find out what Row XX means? It's a long haul from the US to purchase tiks and not know where you are sitting. Appreciate any help - thank you.

Best regards,
Mary

I'd say the Settore you're in is the main guide. I'd say they haven't decided how many rows in each settore yet.
From what I can remember it's the same system as Lucca last year.
