I was supposed to receive an email alert with password this morning for the presale.
have not received. Anyone know anything about that? Candace

Just do what the rest of us in California are doing - follow Jarkko's excellent instructions.
Get the pre-sale Password at 7 am PT (= 10 am ET)
Wait for 10 am local time and go for it.

No, we don't send out any email alerts, and have never promised anything like that. Just read the instructions.

Bridger, I guess you're going to head up north for the concert. I'm glad you clarified the timing -- I saw the 10 est and thought, ok, 7 a.m. pst, but didn't get past that and I'm sure I would have been trying to get tickets from 7 a.m. on without success!
