"The Words and Music of Leonard Cohen Tour". This would ease things up for Leonard a bit...giving him free reign to recite some poems or get someone else such as Anjani to sing a few of his songs, if he needs to give his voice a rest. Otherwise, it might end up as the "Death of a Ladies Man Tour"!

If we just look at his last 2 albums (which he didn't tour as yet) and consider the circumstances, the available tour names become quite endless... and even if we think we've listed all the obvious possibilities, LC will bring his own choice that can only be self-evident and typically ironic!
Anyway, I vote for "I am here for you" (don't ask me how).
Cheers,
Luis

I imagine it will be called after one of his as yet unheard new compositions ... though given Leonard's impish humour, it wouldn't surprise me if he called it 'Something In-Between' from 'Closing Time'.

My favourites of those already mentioned:
The touching ones:
"I Never Really Left You" Tour
"I Am Here For You" Tour
The practical one [for the good reasons John gave]:
"The Words and Music of Leonard Cohen" Tour
The funny ones:
"Is This What You Wanted?" Tour
"Something In-Between" Tour
The very practical and funny one

:
"The LeonardCohenFiles.Com" Tour
Fun thread, Paula.

Ha. That, too, Antero. It has that 'impetus' feeling to it. It also looks great in print, and leaves lots of options for poster and other advertising graphics, too.

How about the "I Tried to Leave You Tour", which gives Leonard the option of doing another tour when he's 85. Then (assuming that he and Roshi are both still alive) he can call it the "200 Years of Leonard abd Roshi Tour"!
Cheers, John E
