Just got the time to check out the list and see I've already been added. I'm arriving on Thursday and leaving on Monday. Would certainly be up for any of the post concert meet-ups. I'm not sure about dinners yet since I'm not sure what I'll be doing during the day. I've not been to Vegas yet so I figure I'd check out as much of the area as I can during the day. I also have some family there I've never met so I plan on meeting up with them at some point during my trip. I'd say if there are plans for a big dinner get together on one of the nights I'll try to make sure I make it to whatever night that the big event is on. Otherwise I can't say for sure about any of the other nights just yet but will keep you posted. See you (and everyone else) in Vegas!!!

Since there were lots of requests by pm and email for nametags, I have started a new thread where you can apply for a nametag if you want. I'm sure most of the people that have subscribed for any of the meetups that are planned, would like/love a nametag, so provide me with your full details by emailing or pm-ing me, or by replying to this thread about the tags:

Note that I am only making nametags, I'm not involved in the organisation of the meetups themselves. I will -however- be at most of the meetups so you can pick up your nametag there. Please read the first post carefully and try to be as clear as possible when you send me your details.

Just getting thread to first page again--Starting next week, you can do sign ups for venues; I'll have at least two places per night because so far I can't find one with 100+ seating that takes reservations. I'll be updating names and days this weekend, so let me know if you have plans to attend any of the meetings. Seven more weeks!!!

We have 185 people on the list with varying requirements--I'll be putting up places and times with maximum numbers per venue this week, probably Wednesday.
