Sad that leonardcohenlive will close down. It's a site I used as reference many times. Will banalny also update the site or will he only preserve it as it is?
It's nice that such projects don't vanish completely and that someone takes care of them.

I don't know. I can keep the mirror of existing site plus add our lists of 2008-2009 recordings, I guess. Btw, I received complete list of taped show from Mr. Jim Devlin (of course...).

I am so excited by this recording of Avalanche in Dortmund, I have listened to it at least one hundred times, and I am desperate to share it (with those of you who don't use Dime): http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DIOUAXXJ [This is thanks to Jogi666 who uploaded the whole concert to Dime, and perhaps also taped it...]
Unfortunately I am not allowed to convert it to mp3, but you can listen to it with a player such as VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) or Winamp. Hope you like it too!

Awesome concert! Avalanche is, indeed, something very special! Utter perfection by Leonard Cohen. This is one of the best concert recordings I've heard, absolutely stunning, I felt like I was there! Thank you so much! :D

Glad you think so too Lisa! 8)

Here is a link to the full Dortmund recording: http://www.megaupload.com/?f=PQU8ATMV
And this is Hannover: http://www.megaupload.com/?f=JHBLPPBO

Details can be downloaded with the music.
Many thanks to Jogi666 for Dortmund and to Tom Moore for Hannover.

Hmmm, I wonder why that is... I've just tried to download them and it works.
You should be able to download them with the free version. No need to go for a paying account.
So I'm really not sure, sorry... Perhaps if you try again later it will work. Good luck!

Hi RevolutionRocker,

I could download two CD's of the Dortmund show and when I tried to download the third one I got a message saying I downloaded .... KB and I should try again in 118 minutes.

I think you should try again.

Hi,
now it works,
it seems as if they want us to become Premium members, but it works if you can wait long enough :)
The sound is great,
thanks for uploading it!!

If you don't have a static IP address, all you need to do is disconnect and reconnect, and you can start downloading again immediately, as your IP will have changed. ;-)
