'Swish' is what we do with mouthwash

.
Graham, so glad to hear that you will be doing LV also!!! I don't know if you already booked a flight from LV to SJ, but many of us are taking the 11:45AM Southwest flight to SJ from Vegas on the 13th. It's running around $75-$85. You might want to look into this - if you haven't already.
These 3 hotels are the ones I am considering also! Don't need no 'swish'. I am also looking at the Ramada, $84, .92 miles away, and it has a bar that they bill as a 'hotspot'

.
Looking forward to meeting you!
Best regards,
Mary

Hi Graham,
I will mirror Mary's remarks. We have already made the acquaintance of one wonderful Aussie, Greg Ross, and it will indeed be a pleasure to meet you! I too am so glad you made the decision to group the last 2 concerts together, as it seems many of us are doing the same thing. All teasing aside I think I will be keeping my Hotel de Anza in San Jose but was quite impressed by some of the lower rates available...especially on the website link provided by Margaret.
See you in a few months!
All the best,
Diana

I have booked my flight already and I am pretty sure it is the 11:45 Southwest airlines!

That is so great that so many of us are on the flight on Southwest Airlines to San Jose from Las Vegas.
Hope you are on that flight Graham..it will be fun.

We're staying overnight at the Arena Hotel. We got decent prices on Priceline. Hope to meet up with others.

Hi,
To answer Leslie I am living in Sydney and have been for about 20 years (+8mths in Melb) but I am a Kiwi really and still cheer for the All Blacks (New Zealand rugby team) and go back home to NZ often, it is only a quick flight of about 3 hours.
I have confirmed my LV to San Jose flight and it is the 11:45 Southwest so it is going to be a flight full of Cohenites, I think we should request Live in London for the in flight entertainment!
I still haven't booked any accomodation yet, I must get on to it, I have had some time from work and am so busy getting back in to it... But I am really looking forward to my USA trip, I was with 3 others on Saturday and we had all seen Leonard when he was in Australia, I was (modestly) telling them of my coming adventure, and yes.... . they were jealous! .. ..

EXCELLENT idea! And since I think most of us are staying at Caesar's, it would be nice of them to arrange for a limo to get us all to the airport!

Here's a thought: I wonder how the band are travelling from LV to San Jose?
I guess the 11.45 am flight from LAS is a little late for them .....

Hm... that sounds like the flight in the TV series LOST... a lot of people from various countries who seem to have nothing in common... until it becomes clear that they are in some strange way connected with each other...

Wendy,
Based on what I've seen in Joey Carenza's flickr stream, the band and crew (minus the bus and truck drivers, of course) hop between cities on a leased jet. Now getting on THAT flight would be something special indeed...

That's what I thought too but it wasn't as much fun as speculating about who might be on the 11.45 flight. However, we WILL have such notables as Jarkko and Maarten in our midst.
BTW I like the T-shirt idea but we really ought to design our own for the occasion. Would anyone like to volunteer?

I think you might run into an infringement of copyright. I think if we all wore the various LC tee-shirts purchased from the merch stands, it would make a big enough splash. Go TEAM COHEN !

Why? The designer owns the copyright.

LOL...so true Jarkko! I mentioned before that Southwest has no idea what they're in for, but then I think it was Wendy who mentioned the other few souls on the flight who have nothing to do with LC...they will truly feel "lost"
