How can you tell it is the first row what does the ticket numbering mean. I don't speak German and when I change it to English it goes to the home page

Paula, on your tickets there should be appear "Reihe" XY and "Platz" XY. Reihe = Row and Platz = seat number

the problem with eventim´s english version occurred already to another forum member
please do you use the german version even if you don´t speak the language
and ask me here on this thread about any problems, I´ll stay online a bit longer
use "saalplan buchung" = seatmap booking (not for berlin, there is free seating), then zoom, you can choose your individual seat(s)
(by the booking without seatmap you just give the number of tickets in your chosen category and eventim offers to you the "best available" ones)
be aware that postage to UK is 34,90€

it is a park as the link above says, they did include some pix and they mention a lineup of open-air concerts that did take place there.

Bookers from abroad: Please note that you can activate "Saalplan-Buchung" on eventim´s page; that means you can choose the seat you want -exept Berlin/Waldbühne as outdoor-event, of course- as long as those are available. Good Luck to you all !!

I very much expect them to be all seats. Last years concert (Elton John) was all seats and I think so were the concerts in previous years (except Bryan Adams).

I did that Caren I clicked on the green ones and a little bag with a red cross comes up beside it (which I assume means already sold) and it won't let me put it in the cart. Nightmare!!!!

Paula - no that is not what it means. you got the seats stated and need to click onto the 'in den Warenkorb' button which will forward the tickets chosen into your shopping cart. the little tin with the red cross is the delete button in case you do not wish to buy the seats chosen!

I will stay online a bit and help if needed! good luck.

NO!
the little bag with the read cross named "löschen" means cancel your chosen seats again, don´t click there
if you are happy with your listed choice, go on by clicking in the right down corner on "in den warenkorb" or so

by the way, the color of the seats in the seatmap seem to indicate the price category, not the availability, only grey ones are not available

More than two hours now and Wiesbaden is still not on sale. My forefinger in the meantime looks like Hulk Hogans upper arm, from all the mouse-clicking and refreshing...

Still no Wiesbaden, eh? Oh well, at least I've bought two Berlin tickets for Greg and me, and two first-row tickets almost at the centre for Dortmund (Xavier's side)! HAPPY - and really out of money now!

Well I have just spent an hour trying. I had my log in details yesterday but it said they were incorrect so I re-registered and it wouldn't accept those either. I have officially given up I am gutted had front row seats but couldn't get them to check out. Thanks everyone for your help I need to learn to speak German it was probably something very easy I mucked up but I couldn't understand the language.
