I saw him at Birmingham Town Hall in the 70's and he said he'd be back
but the town hall is a bit small so he'll go round the corner to the symphony hall.

I've no idea either, but I did see him in '76 at the City Hall in Sheffield (a nice, intimate and newly-done-up venue) and met him the following day, so I'll say Sheffield, which is of course completely wrong, but what the heck!? (It ought to be Montreal or LA, really.)
