Like you in 1970, I was also 'a kid with a crazy dream'. Married 3 years and enjoying our first newborn. People saying 'you should go to Woodstock, it's just a couple of hours away'. Regrets?.......
Now as soon as I am able to watch IOW, I'm sure it will touch my soul, although it could never be to the depths of someone like yourself who experienced it - especially someone whose sole purpose to be there was to see LC. I am so glad you now have a chance to relive that precious memory.

Just picked up on this forum - sorry I can't elucidate about 1970 and LC, but veterans of IOW 1969 may be interested in the archive material I've uncovered at http://iow69.wordpress.com, including video of the site as it is today.
