Thank you for all those compliments, Lizzy :) . I have seen a few pics of you and you are beautiful :D .
I did have to go through a rather convoluted process of sending a photo I received in an e-mail to Jarkko, by FWing the entire e-mail, and then having him do whatever electronic magic was necessary to make it happen, and then emailing it back to me, and then saving it in something or other, and then FINALLY getting it to the world map.
 Oh, I am glad I am not the only one who is hopeless in the face of technology.

I suppose that eventually I will find this amusing, but I confidently asked Nige to do a big head shot, because all the pics are postage stamps. Imagine my alarm when my face appeared so large it hardly fitted on the computer screen. Ali told me that you can change your picture, but it seems you have to join the site first. Sigh. How many months will it take me to get around to doing that?
Well, I should have no problem whatsoever recognizing you now

You can hardly miss me now, can you  ?

Yes, Linda L, take my advice and make sure you send a nice small file for your pic. Unless of course you are still in your twenties, in which case, bring on the megapixels!

Love,

Diane

Thank you, Diane :) . I wasn't fishing for a compliment :D . I just wanted to comment on how we always visualize how a person looks, according to their words, and how the outcomes align 8) or don't :? . I had to return to my post to make my first word "Your" be correct by changing it to "You're." While there, I went ahead and added in the word "softness," which I left out, originally.

" . . . not the only one who is hopeless in the face of technology" ~ now there is an understatement!

I'll look for you minus the black hat  .

Love,
Lizzy

Thank you, Diane . I wasn't fishing for a compliment

I didn't think you were, dear. I was just saying what I think.

Yes, I don't imagine I will be wearing a hat in Berlin in August. In Wales in January, however, it is almost obligatory.

Now, Linda, it is high time you applied your IT skills and got yourself on the map. We are waiting on you :D .

See you soon,

Diane
