IF there is a tour ... and IF there are ticket presales... and IF the arrangements are the same as previously for the 2008-10 tour, you just have to log on to the Forum at a pre-announced time and follow the links and instructions provided.

I think it would be a good idea if the moderators put a freeze on new memberships for LeonardCohenFiles before any
pre-order date is fixed. That way people cannot join this site for the sole purpose of getting a leg-up .
