The Postcard has reached Lithuania on Saturday (or even Friday), i.e. September 24-25
I just wonder - who put names on the postcard, because the script is very nice!
And, of course - thank you, Jarkko! You are our Leader in Master's world No.2!

Yeah! I got mine today and it was in very good condition - nice to see that postal workers respect our older citizens (except perhaps for the Scottish ones, given Andrew McG's experience????)!
Cheers
Andrew (Darby)
P.S. Andrew, we have something else in common: beautiful 21 yr old sons!

Just received my postcard in British Columbia - Western Canada.
It is a terrific lovely, classy card - both sides were very well crafted - (my last name was spelled wrong - but then everyone spells my last name wrong - so much so that I'm beginning to think that it's really me spelling my name wrong).
The mail treated the card with the utmost respect - not a nick. Leonard is gorgeous and pensive. What is he thinking?
To quote Victor Hugo-
For the young man is handsome - but the old man is great.
Leonard is both. Handsome and Great. Older, maybe. But not old at all.

Oh, that's funny, Linda, about your name! ~ but now, oh dear......that's something I hadn't considered [I don't think ~ and, if I did, I hope I mentioned it to Jarkko

]. I hope mine comes with my full last name, including the hyphen. At this point, I'm beginning to hope it arrives ~ period. Maybe he'll be there waiting for me, when I get home

Wendy I can't believe it hasn't arrived yet. Its probably because the postmen are all queuing in Post Offices around the country talking to people (as apparently we all enjoy doing). I hope you get it soon.
Lizzie I hope yours arrives soon maybe the hurricanes are disrupting the post. I feel really sorry for Florida 4 major hurricanes in quick succession. I hope it is not affecting your life too much.

Minnesota has yet to arrive. I suspect by the end of the week.

No card. No Surprize. At least they go together

~ the hurricanes could definitely be part of the reason. [Not to let our postal system off the hook, of course.]
Hmmm. A lot of packing/unpacking/gathering 'necessities' ~ geez, too much to describe ~ all the back and forth, and the disruption of order in the process. Some things are just going to stay where they're at 'til the end of November. Some cumulative stress. I'm still very grateful ~ compared to many others, I'm sitting on top of the world, and wish they were

. Thanks.
Maybe tomorrow's the big day

Hi from New Zealand. I joined the exclusive 'postcardites' today (Wednesday 29 Sept.) I actually expected it to take longer but I suppose it is downhill most of the way from Finland.
It arrived in pristine condition and thanks to all concerned. I feel as though I have received more than I gave, if you get my drift. To know that I am sharing with so many special people adds to the value.

ps. do we have a secret handshake?

Dear Eija and Jarkko,
T H A N K Y O U
for the postcards. We have received them safely in perfect condition and already on the 23 rd Sept, - even if we live in a small town outside Verona where it usually takes some day more.
The finnish perfection !

..and a bit of italian as well, of course..
My postcard obviously has a very special place in my home.
Thank you for all your effort!
Baci e abbracci
