Did anyone actually buy pre-sale tickets in the end (apart from majmunka)? I'm back home today but I wasn't happy transferrring the money without any idea where my seat might be. I wrote again to the agency to see if they could give me some indication now but I haven't had any reply. It takes approximately 1 week to transfer the money internationally from my bank in the UK (without doubling the ticket cost with express transfer fees anyway) so by the time my money gets there all the seats could be gone for all I know.

Curses on Ryanair. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't even be considering this!

I did. So far I have no info about seat location(except for sector).
They said seats will be allocated in the order of payments received and they'll send more info in a few days.
Email communication with them is quite slow, but there were some phone numbers in the email signature, you could try that, maybe they'll be more helpful over the phone.

Same here. Int'l transfer is slow and expensive. I paid 25$ for express transfer but still no answer yet. :(

Well done Kaz! I've sent my money but it won't get there until Wednesday next week at the earliest so it will depend what they have left then.

Yes. Here, in Poland nothing has changed. I think that it is only an issue of entering the concert into the AEG Live list. So, Such is my hope.

* Sharon Robinson recently released an excellent solo album, Everybody Knows - her album is sold przedpremierowo during concerts, as well as CDs and books by Leonard Cohen (plus a lovely selection of the program and commemorative T-shirts).

Leonard Cohen - poet, novelist and singer - born. 1934 in Montreal.
He comes from a wealthy Jewish family of Lithuanian ancestry and rabbinical traditions. A graduate of McGill University Faculty of Humanities, in his hometown, where he also made his debut as a poet. Forming outside the contemporary currents of American poetry, but alluded to the tradition of Beatniks, reciting poems to the accompaniment of a jazz band. Looking for inspiration mainly in Mediterranean culture, he went to Greece, where he spent several years on the island of Hydra. There he created his most famous works, including novel "Beautiful Losers" (Beautiful Losers) and the classic song "Bird on the wire" (Bird on a Wire). Often changed his place of residence: London, New York, Hydra, Nashville, Bombay, Los Angeles. "I am a hotel" - tells about himself after all these years. Unstable in relationships with women became famous romances of the vocal singers: Judy Collins, Joni Mitchell, Nico, and Janis Joplin (the latter is remembered in the song Chelsea Hotel # 2). During the Jewish-Arab war in 1973 and played a guitar solo before the Israeli troops, in the intention of raising morale.
His performances in Poland in 1985, accompanied by the political atmosphere of sensationalism, which is - embarrassed and surprised - to effectively wygaszał. Over the years, associated with Zen Buddhist monastery at the top of Mount Baldy near Los Angeles, finally found peace of mind and freed himself from his oppressive life-long attacks of depression. He stayed there under the name Jikan, meaning "silent". After leaving the monastery has - in collaboration with author Sharon Robinson - Ten New Songs album, which is ... "Ten new songs". Despite the international success of CD Cohen does not let himself be persuaded to public appearances. He returned to his home in Los Angeles and took a few exotic travel, including to India. The year 2002 saw the compilation THE ESSENTIAL LEONARD COHEN - selection of recordings made himself an artist. In 2003, Cohen received the medal of The Order of Canada ", the highest honor the state of Canada. On a new album, Dear Heather, singer working at home with such Sharon Robinson and Anjani Thomas. A big blow for the artist was the discovery that ruined his dishonest financial advisers. But I still had not planned tour. His first listened to unknown rows in the implementation of Anjani Thomas, who recorded the text of his life partner of copyright RED ALERT solo album (produced by LC). During the promotional tour artists visited Poland - Anjani concert on the radio "Troika" Cohen appeared in two songs, making an exception for the Polish audience (it was a promotion board Anjani and he avoided public appearances). Great success has a documentary film "I'm Your Man" (2005) and the soundtrack to the concert, in which Cohen's songs performed galaxy of young artists. He himself made a surprise fans, recording the album for a new version of the song Hallelujah "in a duet with Irish rock band U2. Recent poems and passages of poetic prose of Leonard Cohen appeared in 2006 in a richly illustrated by the author of the book "The Book of Longing" (Book of longing - a Polish edition of effort publishing in translation by Daniel WILEY Wyszogrodzkiego). Album of the premier material is still expected in 2010. Concert on the current tour - LIVE IN LONDON - appeared recently in the 2CD and DVD release.
