Maarten, here is the Nashville set list. Leonard uses two and I was given one of his. YeeHaw.
There is a but. He did one of the "new" songs.
I believe it was the Venice Darkness. But I am on a high right now with a travel deadline. I will check my videos (but I had some trouble with that too). Alas, I have to pack for St Louis and can't do much until I get there.
So here is the set list as a starter.
Maybe The Straub's or the Way's can tell you which one it was

ps no Tennessee Waltz. More on that later.

Yes, Arlene is right - he did "The Darkness" in the new song slot instead of "Hey, That's no way...". This was a different new song than the one played in Durham. First line was: "Caught the darkness, drinking from your cup" - I stopped writing and started listening at that point.
Great show.

Christian, I am so glad you posted this. I just wasn't sure afterwards. I enjoyed meeting both you and your wife.

Amazing show. Especially the second set. Holy moly. I could do without the folks with the glow sticks, but it was only for one song, so okay. (That song was "Suzanne," for those who are curious.) Leonard Cohen said that "Democracy" is not about the current administration, the past administration, or the next administration - but about "you and me."

Thanks so much for posting this. I'm a late convert to Mr. Cohen's work. How i wish I had been to one of the Boston shows...

not a mistake, just an observance. leonard never uses 'the fall' to describe harvest season, but prefers the much more poetic alternative - as used in europe. for example: "take a lesson from these autumn leaves," etc. much nicer, don't you think?

Geoffrey, you've got a point there! I used the word "fall" because Jarkko used to describe the leg of the tour like this, but what does he know about Leonard Cohen?

I think I'll go with "autumn" because of the poetic value and the fact that it is more European, like you said. I'm planning on keeping track of all the setlists for the 2010 part of the tour, but I'm not sure yet whether or not to start a new document for them or just add them after the 2008-2009 ones... It's a new world tour, right? Mmm... I might use the same document, but just rename it "2008-2009 World Tour and 2010 World Tour".
Thanks for pointing me to the autumn issue anyway! I will edit it once I add the new setlists, starting July 25 in Zagreb!
All the best,
Maarten

Well, unfortunately Jarkko has picked up a little bit of American English here and there. It doesn't matter all that much, it just tells people that there is room in the person's vocabulary for slight improvement - nothing really serious. But as I said, one may scour the entire catalogue of Leonard's works, both literary and musical, and never once find a season called 'fall'. Without exception he has used 'autumn' - like me.
