Please tell me more about the free public transport! How did you find this out?

BTW I'm waiting for details of the Eurostar fares (available on April 4) before deciding how to get to Antwerp. I was trying to persuade my husband to drive me there but he's not biting ..... yet ....

It sometimes happens also with Belgian purchasers.
Tickets ordered March 26.
Only able to print to-day after three reminders to teleticketservice.

Hi Wendy .... Yep, it appears there is inclusive public transport within the Antwerp area to the arena (and, I hope, back again!) if you book with the 'teleticketservice' link on the forum. This is bundled in the total admin price element of only 4.2 Euro's (TicketMaster please take note)

"
Ticket price 98,00
Extra costs 4,20
Contribution free use P&R, tram and bus 2 x 0,50
Administration and delivery fees 1 x 3,20
"

No idea how it works (maybe a voucher), either way its all part of what appears to me to very good pricing for all the elements of this jaunt. Admittedly we are standing which reduces the cost, but we are looking forwards to this after standing to see LC at last years Big Chill festival.

Re your husband - I'm still failing to convince my wife that all this is just for her :D Cheers.

Huh - so how I do use my free transport if my e-ticket won't print and the solution from the Teleticket people is to pick up my ticket at the SportPalais.

Hi ... are you sure they will be e-tickets? Their last email (with the credit card confirmation) stated that:
"
The tickets will be sent to the delivery address as soon as possible.
"
So I'm expecting hard copy. You are correct of course that if, for whatever reason, you need to pick them up on the night - then you only get half a travel bargain :D Cheers.

Yes, I selected e-ticket option. Might ring them and ask for them to re-issue as hard copies.

Thanks - yes mine are downloading now too! Excellent.

Presumably the Combiticket symbol denotes that the gig ticket doubles as the transport ticket.

Has anyone received their "hard" tickets yet? Ticket status has been showing as "ready for mailing" since the end of last week but there is no additional information to indicate whether the tickets have in fact been mailed.

SO frustrating - Teleticket has somehow managed to mess up my top ticket!! I emailed them to ask why contrary to others, I did not hear anything - and as a reply received this message: "Sorry but you have to make a new reservation. You’ve lost your seat. The credit card payment has been declined on date 26/03 and we had to cancel your order the next day. I don’t think that there is something wrong with your credit card but there must be something wrong with the numbers you gave in. Our system has sent an e-mail to inform you about this problem but this mail hasn’t reached your apparently. Met vriendelijke groet, Bien à Vous, Best regards..." Well, THANKS!! :x
So I think I will go to see violinist Ivry Giltis instead; after all, he is another great, great artist not exactly twenty any more for whom it is well worth to make an effort to go to a concert. Still, I am quite upset!

Thats the seatingplan from Antwerp Sportpaleis I found.

Does anybody knows if its the right one for this concert?
Or has someone Tickets for Block 5 or 6?

I´m a bit confused - is the 001 Block at the right or at the left side?

I wrote at Sportpaleis and got an answer very fast

Hello,

There're 5 blocks in the centre of the venue in front of the stage. Block 001 is on your left when you're looking at the stage. But in the centre we only have seated places.

Met Vriendelijke groeten,
Bien A Vous,
Kind Regards,
