Malke,
Just tried on AEG and they still had some in the balcony. Both Wednesday and yesterday with the AMEX I was out of luck (and no, I was not doing anything wrong), but today I got it for Oakland. The only good that came out if the no-success-Wdn is that I will also see him in Seattle. And I hope they will put up a second night for Oakland.

Thanks for help and encouragement. How do I proceed to get tix on Monday at 10, the regular waY? I can't be at ticketmaster, but I can be at a phone and/or a desk from 10 to 10-30. Is it faster to do it by computer or phone? Do I somehow go through AMEX (I've got GOld)? Further, when do we discover if there is a second concert, and how to enter into that fray successfully? Thanks for giving me practical solutions. And if anyone's got an extra tix or two... Thanks. I'm still hoping...

Malke,
I would call Ticketmaster 3 minutes before tickets go on sale and also be logged on and ready to try online at the same time. Double your chances if your sig. other or friend can also be doing those 2 things at the same time.
The key to the phone is to try to call in a little bit early, but not too early so you get someone on the phone before the sale time. Online, you HAVE to be looking at ticket sale time sharp.
Perhaps this is all obvious info but thats what i would do
Tickets still available for Oakland 4/13

It's 11:37 AM PST Saturday 2/27 and you can still pull up tickets in the LAST row of the Balcony as of this writing.
They are $69.50/each + $12.50 "convenience" fee + an order fee but at least you're in.
Come Monday, expect a quick sellout of the remainder of the tickets as the presales all seem to have worked their magic and stoked demand.
The second show 4/14 could be on sale anytime Monday morning. I've seen them put it onsale as soon as a few minutes later, like 10:05. If you're on the phone with a representative, they sometimes can see it in the wings, so to speak, before it's posted online.
I don't believe your AMEX gold card is any help at this point, as the AMEX presale ended last evening.
Good luck to all Monday and remember: no presales for the second show so your chances of the best seats are better.

81 tickets. And not only that (contrary to their stated policy, which was probably just instituted pursuant to their latest lawsuits), they are advertising a bunch of tickets for April 14 when those tickets haven't even gone on sale yet.

... not to mention that if you exceed ticket limits, your entire order could be cancelled. Someone who buys tickets from this person could be in for a nasty surprise at the door.

This is not a person; if you follow the Craigslist link you will see that this is TicketsNow, which is the sister agency of Ticketmaster, which is being sued in Canada for this same kind of practice.

Well, I flagged them. And will continue to flag them.
