As a matter of fact, yes I did. Ken is in Greece right now, I think. He generally spends a couple of weeks in June there. We're looking forward to seeing him in Berlin.

The "fence" of the garden is actually a wall of stones.
And when you stand in front of it the garden and the trees
are somewhat above your head.

The one and only Roger Green describes the garden
in details in his book "Hydra and the Bananas of Leonard Cohen"
where he is also discussing in details Suzanne Elrod.

(Glad to hear she is back at the house. The last time I was there
things were different)

At least we can see that he has not tatoo to make hoax or whatever out of it.

But, you know :

Three pieces of tattooed skin and a shrunken head were exhibited in the courtroom at Dachau as evidence of the ghastly crimes committed by the staff at Buchenwald. A shrunken head? No lamp shade, phew, thanks God one horror that does not exist but that does not put a shade on all the others either.

I will try to upload the movie "Boy on a Dolphin" with Sophia Loren
at some time so you can see how Hydra looked back in the 50's and 60's
when Leonard was there.

Thanks (again) Dem! I saw them on Jarkko's site a (relativey) long time ago, but it was a pleasure to look at them again. Then, it reminded me about the astonishingly beautiful picture of spring in Greece that you did bring here (in 2005 I think).

For the movie, I'll try to have it at "La boîte noire" (it is packed up to the ceiling with "old stuff" on video (dvd or - yes - the other ancient thing with tracks, that you can rent). I'll be away from here for a while, dear, I did come back mainly to see if you remembered to HB AMcG (that seems to don't give a damn about me or anybody doing it

. I will not touch this knocker, I am not a fan of Suzanne Elrod, and anyway I can assure you that we will not bother anybody. All these photos, poetry and quotes... this is strange, how if already I have been there.

Is the VHS an old format? What will I do with my collection of films of Tintin and Woody Allen?

Today you can find players that play both
tapes and DVDs but the VHS is a format that
soon will be out of the market.

You can always convert the tapes to DVDs.
