Great agenda, Ali ~ emoticons included  . We'll see how they end up applying  .

Not sure who's into cooking ~ or if your buffet is via the establishment ~ however, I think the actual items we had at ours at the New York Event are listed somewhere in that section through the Main Page of the Files. They were all some of Leonard's favourites. [I wish I'd suggested this to the young man who was asking the other day :( .] Even if everything else was already provided, bringing along a single dish might be kinda fun for you guys [uhm, girls ~ uhm, oh forget the PC, cuz we're still not there yet].

PS I just had a thought: Do you think it'd be an idea to post the meet-up agenda and, later, location, in another new thread, so that those disinclined to read all this stuff can easily find out what is going on?

Count me in, and I'll try to drag the other half along too. He's less than enthusiastic about LC, even after our visit to Hydra this summer, but he's getting used to following me around :)

We are having a brilliant response for attendance :) I would still be really grateful for a PM nearer the time for definate numbers as Diane and I are doing food (Bless her  ) - also don't forget the poll at the top of the page - at the moment Karaoke seems to be unwanted  or perhaps it was Byron's graphic description that put all of us off :!:

I am looking forward to meeting you and your other half Linmag!

Ali, I almost voted for karaoke, so that I could secretly video people and then give up work and make a tidy living out of blackmail and extortion. Is there a Leonard Cohen theme for food? Ah, yes, Lizzy made a suggestion above, we will have to check that out. Otherwise, I hope everybody likes twiglets and cheese balls...

Well Diane, what a fantastic idea   If you go into the poll and click Karaoke option a few hundred times we could do just that. With the funds we could then raise by "selling" unsuspecting people a copy of their secretly filmed performances (we could keep the originals for future use  ) we could have our next meet-up in the Bahamas :!:
We could then run to the most fab buffet, not only could we have LC's favourite food, we could have it flown in from his favourite deli

Oh, now you're talking. At the very least it would mean we could get the cheeseballs from Marks and Sparks. It's gonna be such a posh do, due to our joint ingenuity, Ali :D.
