Dear Leonard,
I cannot imagine life’s journey without art. Thank you for illuminating my path through it with your words. I believe in magic and words are a most magical force. And as I’m typing this, right on cue as if by magic, my local ABC radio in Australia is broadcasting words celebrating your 81st birthday! Included is an excerpt from an interview in which you were asked if you would like to be on stage in your older years. Your exact reply was: “I would love to hear me at 82!” I can categorically agree with that statement and hope the fates will permit it to come to fruition and the magic continues!

Happy birthday Leonard, today is the oldest you have ever been and the youngest you will ever be. Enjoy your celebrations and here’s to the twinkle in your wrinkle!...and the shine in your line!

Also I have to say a great big thank you for your generosity of a gift to me as a winner of the recent files and forum logo design competition. I will treasure it forever. I am waiting patiently for its arrival.

Dear Leonard,
it's your birthday today and I woke up this morning from a wonderful long dream in which I met you and some of my dear friends again on a concert day I hope it was a predictive dream but even if it wasn't, it left very real warm feelings in my heart and a huge smile on my face for the day.
