HELP! AMSTERDAM 20th Sept - TICKET BOUGHT weeks ago BUT NOT RECEIVED YET from SEATWAVE!

I don't think this is the right place to post this but I'm panicking! Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions. I can't find a tel no that works for Seatwave. They were meant to deliver my ticket to my hotel in Amsterdam on Tuesday 17th and it still hasn't arrived - despite loads of emails I've sent them. I've just had this email (below) from Seatwave. I've said I'll take the ticket in 208 (but still haven't received) but am obvs v disappointed and angry. Maybe I should have read the small print ...
