Cohen is on a world tour and Phnom Penh will be his only SE Asia date.

And - Jarkko - some of the information is premature? I am guessing that the statement "Phnom Penh will be his only SE Asia date" is perhaps incorrect- based on your saying "BUT: this is - to the best knowledge available today - not the correct answer to our Quiz!"

Having read through this thread - I've found many sane and rational guesses (as well as some just hopeful).
As many of the good guesses have been taken - I feel compelled to respond with the improbable, and suggest that he 'might' duck into Peking for a knight.
