I have a ticket for the London gig also (much to my surprise, having been away when the date was announced, I assumed they'd have sold out by the time I got back). Note sure yet of other plans that day yet - but if I'm not rushing to get there in time from Paddington, would be happy to meet other Cohen fans beforehand...

Firstly, welcome back from Hydra and thank you for agreeing to continue the Forum - much appreciated. Re Anjani's tour title - do you think that indicates that her gigs will take the same format as NYC, with Leonard providing an introduction and joining her for a few duets?

This is supposed to be a tour of Anjani and her band, "only".

I think Leonard has got to do some homework.

Whatever it's "supposed" to be, the fact of the matter is that Leonard will be at some of the shows, including in all probability London.

Well, to begin with, it now appears that the tour is called "Leonard Cohen presents Anjani" (see above). And secondly, it's likely that this tour will follow the pattern set by Anjani's previous European gigs earlier this year, i.e. Leonard introducing her and singing a couple of duets with her.

Nothing of that kind is in the plans as far as I know!!! The European promo tour in March was independent and unique,
for press and invited guests only. The new one will be Anjani's "normal" concert tour. I'm not sure who has given
the title to the tour, but "Leonard Cohen Presents Anjani" is anyway what is printed on my Oslo tickets. It
might be a bit misleading!
