I stopped in briefly to see the exhibit yesterday. I noted that the lowest asking price for the most modest-sized works was no less than about $1,300 -- so the quote you received might have been in the ballpark.

Saw some works that I had not seen before. It was great to see the prints, enlarged and in color, though I noticed no more than ~8 or so originals. Perhaps I missed some. In any event, a really nice exhibit.
